Solution 2 — Service-Level Optimization Consulting for Critical / High-Value Items — uses and expands on the results from Solution 1.

Solution 1 — LS3 Safety Stock Levels
and Analysis

• We provide initial Web-based consulting (video conference) to ensure mutual understanding of, and agreement on, LS3's required input data and parameters
• You send us the data and parameters we need to run our LS3 analysis
• We pre-screen your input data for potential issues (to avoid garbage-in / garbage-out), and work with you to resolve them
• We run LS3 for your corrected input data, and send you the results
• We provide Web-based consulting to review your LS3 results and identify any adjustments to lead time, reorder quantity or confidence
• We re-run LS3 on any adjustments we have mutually identified, and we send you the results
• We provide Web-based consulting to review LS3 results on the adjustments
• You load your finalized LS3 results into your business system, and begin realizing service-level and financial benefits!

Solution 2 — Service-Level Optimization Consulting for Critical / High-Value Items

• We run LS3 for a range of target fill rates we mutually identify, and send you the results
• You determine the fill rate that best balances inventory performance and service level
